Sample Trip Menus
Sunday night before trips is the ultimate fire drill:  Campers and counselors raiding the trip shack (rec hall) for any extra camping gear; counselors handing out plastic garbage bags to keep clothes and sleeping bags dry; counselors working late at night to prepare bag lunches in the kitchen; and of course dividing up the precious food supply for the next three days.
